Impaq registration is taking far too long...Confirmation required
Last week (on the 27th Mar 2024, I registered my Daughter on Impaq for online schooling. I did receive the quote and I paid it the same day. Since then I have not heard anything from Impaq regarding the registration. The school term started yesterday. Last week I used Imapq's own ticket system and that ticket is now open for 5 days. My ticket number is #***
I just want to know if my daughter is registered or must I look for another online school that actually communicates with people that register?
I can understand a backlog for the start of the year, but not at first term?
