Impaq refuses to let me launch a complaint

I have requested Impaq's complaint/grievance procedure 5 days ago.

Having a grievance procedure is required by South African law. How am I supposed to complain correctly without having knowledge of the correct procedure?

Clearly Impaq sees themselves as above the law.

They believe it is completely fine to toy with children's futures and do loads of damage with no consequences.
