Impaq poor to no communication

Unfortunate that I must come here again. Guidance sessions missing on our portal. No clear indication on what prescribed books you must use with some subjects. Unfortunately we have questions, but no clear way to get help or answers in under two days. The D6 app also does not list impaq at all.
