Impaq POOR service
I called today on several occasions the call centre between 11:00 and 15:00. Everytime the call is either dropped after 3 to 10 minutes or never answered. None of the total calls to the call centre were answered. A total of 7 calls and none were answered. I called the last called at 15:53and was holding for service. At exactly 15:00 the call is dropped and when I tried to call back, the voicemail tells me that they are closed. This company is a sinking ship if the service is this pathetic to their call centre.
