Impaq - pathetic service

Impaq service is absolutely pathetic !! For a week and a half now I emailed them with no answer from them. My daughter's assessments are not available online and she can't go forward, but no reply from Impaq and when you call them, it's the rudest people on their side taking the call. I will definitely move my daughter from them. They are absolutely pathetic
