Impaq / Optimi useless service

My Godsons mother committed suicide in November last year. I am looking after her beautiful 14 year old son now. I got in touch with Impaq soon after, and was told I would be able to get an extension for his Grade 8. I just had to email in March. I had to pay R1400, which I don't have, but still cant get online. Sooooo many emails and still no positive help. I beg you. Stay away. They are useless. His mother had endless problems with them as well. Now I will have to find another school and try and get him caught up. No thanks to Impaq. Costing money I could have used to help this poor boy during this terrible time. SHAME on you Impaq. I hope you can live with your consciences at night.
