Impaq Online Shool registration process

When you want to register your child with Impaq, please allow yourself at least a month for the registration to take effect. The registration process is really not what I expected. They give you guidelines that a step in the process can take between 1-4 working days - accept it will be the maximum. And once they finally update your status with your payment (after you have been crying, phoning, sending whatsapps, sending emails), I am advised that it will take another 2 days before my child has access to the online material.... and another 10 (working days) before she receives the books. Really Impaq, you need to employ a great IT savvy administrator who can manage your systems. In this day and age it should not take 2 days after approval (update of status to registered) for a learner to access the learning portal. Employee temp staff if you know there will be a high volume of applications like the start of a new academic year.
