Impaq online schooling is a **** with NO impaq

My daughter has been with IMPAQ for 4 years but we changed the account details to MY details as I will be handling her account for the Matric year but they just cannot get her registered My details with Impaq is correct but my daughter is still stuck on 2022 and has missed 3 weeks of matric work I have spoken to so many people there i think i spent R200 in phonecalls and still they cannot get it right THEY HAVE MY MONEY but that is as far as we are getting with this HORRIFIC SYSTEM of an online school system Their system does not even register my ID NO and says it does not exist but they CAN SEE IT ON THE SYSTEM and still my daughter is now so behind how does she catch up SO MANY PROMISES WERE MADE I think this may be a ****. I have been told i will be called back I even got an email to say I must come and collect her books but we did not even order books.................................. WHATS UP IMPAQ you guys seriously need a system fix or people who CAN HANDLE SYSTEMS LIKE THIS
