23 Aug 2023, 12:44 Dear Marilyn Keys,
Upon registration in the FET Phase (Grades 10 to 12) parents agree to the terms and conditions for the phase, which includes the subject requirements as well as the critical enrolment information. On our side, we also have proof that during the registration process the relevant documents were sent to the parent. Although tutors assist parents in the education journey, the responsibility is ultimately that of the parent and all information was provided to the Account Holder in October of 2022 already.
FET rules and regulations are in line with the guidelines set by the Assessment Body, SACAI. As such, all learners nationally registered with the assessment body must adhere to these rules and regulations. The learner cannot be resulted if the task is not completed. Our team did reach out to you and we will again be in contact to explain the process in detail. The learner has until 1 December 2023 to complete the PAT, as per the Impaq calendar.
We do hope you find this helpful.
Kind regards,
Impaq
