IMPAQ IS THE WORST ONLINE SCHOOL!!!!

Hi All, I want to advise you against a particular online school. Impaq has costed my son his term mark for IT and not only **** about it, but also refused to remediate the situation. They claimed that the data they received was unreadable, and notified me on the 10 of June 2021. I told them that I did not receive any email and wanted a delivery receipt as proof as I had all mails from them on that day except that one. Their response was “oh well, nothing we can do”. I will be escalating it with the department of education- this is not the first time they misplace, lose or just forget to mark an assessment and only mark and update results on me prompting them (even after the term has closed) - to date exam 1 results is not updated and even showing as expired... Needless to say, we will NOT be using them next year again!
