Impaq is a ****!

The absolute worst service. I registered my child online for Ebooks 1. The website is abysmal 2. You cannot proceed with the application unless you select the delivery options. They advised that even if Ebooks are selected, other items not available online would be delivered. I paid an additional R315 for these items. The delivery arrived last Tuesday and the only thing in the box was a usless free maths book. I called Impaq immediately, the lady told me I was correct in saying that I should not have been charged R315 for nothing and told me that I would be refunded the full amount on Friday. On Saturday I received an email advising that clients who opt for delivery must pay for it. I emailed again, got the same reply. Called several times but there phone service is so bad they can't even tell you that you are in the queue or how long you cant expect to wait on the phone . I eventually spoke to someone who thought the best solution for me would be to speak to the person that told me i was getting a refund but then changed her mind. Like really, i said i wanted a complaint logged because 1. This is ***** and 2. I was told i was getting the refund. The lady said she would escalate it to her supervisor who would get back to me in 24 hour. Its way past that and still no response. This is besides the terrible curriculum and constant mistakes on the exams and memos every single term. My daughter's work is 1 quarter of the work she got last year which makes no sense as the work load is supposed to increase with each grade. But no, let the grade 4 child do 40 afrikaans assignments for the year and then in grade 5 give them 13. The work is identical to last year, lets build a clay man every year, wow i feel bad for my child but no chance of a cancelation going smoothly with this company, just look at all the bad review. There is literally no hope for kids going through school with these people. I will never enroll with them again.
