Impaq is a *****

I received an email stating that my son has been de-registered from the grade that he is in. He wrote exams before the April school holidays for the grade that he is in. Impaq allowed us to register him for this grade last year and is taking payments for this year. Now they say that he needs to go to the previous grade. We have prove his marks for last years exams and rapports. Suddenly they share marks that is not we have. Tickets was logged for the final marks from December 2023 yet Impaq doesn't respond nor investigate what is going on. They just want your money and is not bothered that they are messing with young peoples futures.
