Impaq - How on earth should they be allowed to teach our children if they cannot even supply the correct books.
Hi I have sought all avenues of sorting this out. I have ordered books form impaq, paid for them and received the incorrect package. I have spent an hour an 40 minutes on the phone wasting my time and airtime to no avail. I have asked to speak to supervisors, I have sent e-mails and still no help. Can someone with authority, a little logic and a little intelligence please phone me to sort this out. So far I have dealt with people that cannot sort out the problem because they have no authority or no logic or no intelligence

So it has been another week. And still my grade 11 daughter has no books. This is totally unacceptable. In a month she has to start writing exams, but you are to *********** to supply her with the correct books. I was promised this will be sorted by Friday. It is not. I have not even had an response from the so called management that has made contact with me on the 25th after that phone call.
