IMPAQ HOMESCHOOL - WHERE ARE MY CHILDS BOOKS
For anybody wanting to homeschool think very carefully before choosing IMPAQ. Getting your child's books is apparently a major stumbling block. THEY DONT WANT YOU TO COLLECT IT YOURSELF but Aramex are not able to deliver themselves. Which makes me think they don't have the books but they want a minimum 20 percent deposit before they will even think about anything. I HAVE TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD RENAME THE BUSINESS " LIES INC"

I believe that your package has now arrived. We sincerely apologise for the delay. The courier companies have been under severe pressure, but should definitely not have taken this long and it should not have taken this long to provide you with feedback either. Due to the lockdown regulations, we were not allowed to receive clients at the warehouse but that regulation has fortunately since been lifted and we are now again able to allow customer collections.
