Impaq gr 12 "hard copy" and "for collection" on Product selection and registration summary is false information

Making decisions about school in SA is difficult if private school is not an option, so I recognise how important a well informed decision is. That said, registering for the Impaq home assessment package felt like buying a cell phone and all that was in the box was the charger and manual but no phone. Although they pointed out that their site states NO SUBJECT MATERIAL included (the link they sent wasn't anything I recognised), I have two documents from their site and current registration that supports my belief that there should be subject material, which we are denied. So, registering for grade 12 without facilitation (so the 'Home assessment package')which means they do nothing, and only the paid for final exams count for anything, means getting everything EXCEPT grade 12 subject material. The supporting document I have includes the words "hard copies" (ie: not electronic) in our product selection and this is supported in my registration summary as "for collection", published by impaq and current. This is entirely misleading and they don't acknowledge this in my correspondence with them. After R15k odd payment in full, they want another R2k odd for the subject material!
