Impaq full of double standards

Not happy, I run a homeschooling centre, in Bloemfontein. Impaq is full of double-standards; regarding their submission policies. If one submits something a day or two late they will disregard it, whereas their own dates for memo's and marking of papers get extended just as they see fit. They have in the past altered the calendar without prior notice where dates were once again changed. What they don't seem to understand is that we have learners' futures to consider. I am all for rules and regulation, but our kids deserve some leniency and forgives, especially in these trying times we live in. I am specifically referring to their subject change policy: wouldn't it have made sense to extend the deadline till' after the results of the June Exams, so that learners would be able make a more informed, calculated decision.
