Impaq finance missing
Finance department is not every efficient. I logged a call on the 15 April, got a reference. Have started phoning up a number of times, but after many promises of people phoning or emailing me back. Nothing. Phoned today 9 May, asking to speak to manager, no manager, and then asking for next person above that manager, nothing no one is around. While speaking to finance, you can hear them joking around and fooling around with each other, cracking jokes.
