Impaq Feedback needs a lot of attention.
To write matric finals without any accurate feedback from Impaq during the year with regards to progress and grading with PAT'S and Prelims, it is not surprising that you here of so many people left in the dark until it's too late, leaving you with no option but to re-write subjects and find an alternate service provider.

As discussed via telephone, the head of the department has agreed to investigate this particular issue in detail and will revert back soon. We would like all parents to be aware that they have full access to their learner's profile on my.Impaq. At any point in time that a parent feels that there might be discrepancies in terms of works submitted, marks submitted and more, you are more than welcome to be in contact with us. Our assessment department will make work of it immediately. This also highlighted to us that we need to remind all of our parents more of the visibility that they have through our online platform.
