Impaq Ethics - Unhelpful Staff on an Insecure System - Completely useless bunch of people

Impaq is completely useless, and unprofessional. The staff are absolutely pathetic. They refuse to help you, give you the run around for over 20 days, and still have no solutions. They are fast to take money, but unable to resolve matters. I had a ticket number open, the staff is just a call center with people that don't want work, they don't have an interest in their clients or learners. Ticket number *** Kagiso helped me, Tyrone stated for over 20 days he would resolve the matters on our account, we have not even been able to register. Eventually after a over 25 days of waiting with no response, calling daily for help, we decide to signup with Teneo, this company is the perfect company for anyone that wants to homeschool, they are helpful, professionally and far better than any other online home schooling system. Impaq is a joke, don't waste your time, no integrity to be found here. Look at every single review on hellopeter and you will see that Impaq is a dying platform sucking the last money / blood out of their clients, their system is about to fail as the majority leave to join Teneo.

No only are they weak in administration, their system is developed on ASP.net and their publically provided your child / learner birth certificate to the public making it completely insecure.
