Impaq Education, what a waste of time

The online home schooling programme Impaq has given me nothing but problems and constant delays. I registered online as a student, received my books a month later. Struggled to find a tutor because their web pages are so not user-friendly and their documents are busy "updating" so there was no way to get myself a tutor, resulting in me wasting over a month with no schooling, assessments essential for a pass couldn't be done without a tutor and invigilator which the website couldn't provide. I had no idea what to study without a guideline and projects or homework. They even sent me an automated email saying that they were receiving too many emails amd couldn't answer mine, that I should send through my complaint later. Really an absolute waste of time and effort trying and trying to get through and get the information to procede. Would definitely not recommend anyone registering with their services in home schooling.
