Impaq Education NEVER IN MY LIFE

My niece is 12 years old student in Namibia, My sister fully paid all the fees required for her daughter's learning material to be sent to Namibia and have been going through this process with Impaq Education every year, last year after paying all the fees it took 2 weeks for her material to arrive after school already started , this year 2019 all the fees were paid and it's been a month after school started and nothing has arrived, no tracking numbers were issued by Impaq, and the best thing is when you phone ANY number found on their website it goes to voice mails or rings until it disconnects, my niece has been deprived of learning material from this company after all the required hoops were jumped through, numerous emails sent...no reply's, no person gets back to you, no one even picks up their phones, this company is absolutely negligent in their support and I would not use them ever, I have proof of payments, I have an automated helpdesk email and three different phone logs that will show that I tried contacting Impaq 30 times and have received nothing but a dead ringer...This place needs to fire every person that can be found under their managing company list of CEO's COO's CFO's and GM's
