Impaq education is the worst homeschooling ever!!!

My daughter started this year with Impaq, coming from a government school and because of covid she missed out on alot of school last year 2020 and when the government school opened in February 2021 my daughter had 2 days of school for term 1,we then decided and sacrificed alot to move her to homeschooling which is with Impaq, we had no report results for term 1 but Impaq accepted us as is for my daughter to start gr10,it took Impaq 4 months to call me to request a report which we had no marks for term 1 ,Impaq did not call again to discuss subjects or give us advise...nothing!!! But miss 1 month payment 3 people from Impaq head office calls in a space of 1 week... My daughter selected her subjects with Impaq and is at a very good study center however what is in the books and in the exam is completely different, the "English "biology paper was half English and half afrikaans...the teacher at the study center also had problems with the math paper because it was work that was not in the textbook... So my money is good enough but Impaq is not interested in our children education because my daughter is struggling and we had a look at the exam papers and memo if your answers is not exactly as the memo your answer is wrong!!! I am mad as hell because today we still don't have any report or answers from Impaq.... Impaq doesn't reply or call back we get no help and my daughter is crying her eyes out...
