Impaq Education is a no go

Sales are very quick to sell the product. I was with Impaq for six years. The moment I ended my contract with them, they blocked my portal, and I cannot get my child's report or transfer documents. I do not owe them any money. They could have left my portal open until the end of December 2025, which I have paid for. I have been waiting since December 2025 for the documents. It is terrible not to know what the outcome is. The only feedback I receive is that it is escalated. They never waited for the money or any other changes they decided to throw our way. We comp**** with all the demands, and this is the treatment I received. Now I have also escalated my dissatisfaction with the service of Impaq. Quick to sign you up and leave you high and dry when you need help.
