Impaq Education is a mess

I signed my children up for the homeschooling curriculum at Impaq in August 2020. After experiencing the well below par course materials I immediately decided to cancel and move my children to Teneo.

I cancelled within the 7 day window. Impaq refunded my money fully. Now I suddenly receive a notice that I have been handed over to Van der Merwe attorneys for outstanding fees - more than a year after Impaq said I qualify for a 0% cancellation fee and paid me a full refund.
