Impaq Education exceeded my expectations!!

Impaq! You exceeded my expectations with flying colours! My daughter was at a different online school from 2021 to 2033. I don't want to go into all the details, because I'll be writing a book... In short, my experience with that school was horrible! In fact, they were the reason that my daughter couldn't finish her matric in 2024. I decided to change from that failed experience to Impaq Education. Our situation requires that the school complete forms and provide documentation including a quote/invoice before the policy can pay the school the necessary fees. The previous school took literally an entire year to provide a detailed invoice!!' Impaq had the necessary forms completed and all documentation needed was sent back to me after two days! Impaq answers their phones promptly and has friendly and patient personnel. I've never had a problem or issue that they didn't solve. Impaq has an excellent admin team, with wonderful people skills. My daughter's interaction with Impaq's teachers has been positive and great. Her subjects' marks show it! She has a positive drive and interest in all her subjects. She's always excited to tell me about something new she has learned. She never did that before with the previous online school. Impaq Communication app has up-to-date information about all school projects, tests, exams and fun extracurricular activities. Teachers will communicate with parents and keep us in the loop. I've received emails from teachers to encourage and positively support my child. This shows they are prepared to go the extra mile. Then there's the Wellness Class. This is a class where students can communicate about issues, problems, etc they might experience. Impaq is the first school that I know of that has such a class. To me, this is a very important part of a student's mental health and this promotes a positive learning experience. I would recommend Impaq to anyone interested in online education. Our children are our future and education plays a pivotal part in shaping that future! That is why we should choose wisely who educates our children.
