Impaq Disappointment

Terribly disgusted and disappointed in this business. They do help quick, and registration is easy....till they do have your money. Afterwards you wait for reply from them regarding schoolwork and help, their system regarding tutors are not up to date. The books are full of errors, video lessons which should help with lessons in the handbook is not up to date.....constantly get a 'under construction' message when you try to access the videos. The CD sent with my son's Match's book was blank - absolutely nothing on it. Please, think twice before register with Impaq...we have lost a lot of money (registered 3 kids, and all of their subjects handbook's had errors in....after 2 weeks I had enough)
