Impaq 2 weeks before my kids get their study material

I really do not understand why impaq should take so long to deliver study material for my kids. I made the deposit, called them and they told me that the study material would take 2 weeks to prepare. I mean what is the meaning of this, what are my kids supposed to do in those two weeks. This is really disappointing, I would not recommend them to anyone.
