IMPAK - Most RIDICULOUS people ever!!!

Impak is the most ridiculous people i have every had to work with, we made a payment for this years, a GR12 student, who is supposed to be doing his matric this year, yes we initially short paid, but when we called the contact center we where advised that they did not receive our payment so we sent through proof of payment, four days later we called back to find out whats going on, then we were told they received our proof of payment, but the payment itself has not yet been allocated by the finance department and that as soon as they do it, we will receive his books and portfolios. A week later they allocated our payment and we where told that we will receive the books in around 2 weeks. 2 weeks later still no joy, after continuously being promised that the books are on there way, we where eventually told in MARCH that they can no longer except him and he would need to complete his matric year in 2016!! so naturally we asked them to pay back the money we paid, because now we need to look for someone else, only to be told that we must wait and see IF we get our payment back it will between the 20th and 25th of April 2015, and also that we will not get our full payment back!!!
