Impak is no longer and our kids hard work for NOtHInG
I registered my children with Impak Online Visual Studies 4 years ago and all seemed to go well. It was the most affordable solution for me at the time being a singel Mom. I've just received a letter I came across by accident as it was hidden in my spam folder. Stating that the credentials for my children are basically invalid. They have been shut down and not recognized any longer. Nothing else. My daughter completed her GED last year en her certificate means nothing. Please can someone help me, 4 years I've been with them, not one issue. I am not the only one to receive this email. What are we supposed to do. How can they just disappear and even the website has vanished. Some siek game.

06 Jul 2021, 15:22Hi Vicky C. I received the same email. My wife been struggling to connect to the website. We sent complaints to IOVS. We paid for our certificates and still waiting for them. They don't deal directly with us, have always used a supporting company to coordinate with us, due to high demand. But these liaisons don't reply to complaints. We have been with them for 13 years!! If you do get a reply from them, please keep us updated on hello peter. They have some major explaining to do and must provide us with solutions or refund us. I know about 50 parents which are going to lose it. 13 years of qualification down the drain and all we get is an email? @#Angered beyond Measure

06 Jul 2021, 15:26Did you read they were found to be not officially registered with Umalusi? not officially... So what is that? I between being officially and not? Yet when viewing certicates I clearly saw the Umalusi trademark at the top of every certificate. Whose hand was taking money there!?!
