We have had our children with Impak for that last few years and every year we experience the same problems concerning accounts.<br> This year they claim we have short paid, according to the quotes, we have a credit. they insist we are in arrears. \maybe it was from last year"";how can they educate our children. then we get messages to say \""we are escalating your complaint and someone will get back to you\"" no one ever does"
