I regret signing up to impaq

This is day 2 and my daughter still does not have access to online school, which has been paid for. At this point they are ignoring my emails and not even attempting to proffer a solution. They are jeopardizing my Childs education and I am appalled. How can an organisation who's sole business is to cater to children , be so flippant about their education. I regret signing up to impaq.
