I just want the books I paid for

I am extremely upset. We signed on a little boy with us as house of safety on the 1st of August, we paid the deposit straight away. On the 18th I called about not yet receiving the books, I was told I needed to approve a Debicheck mandate. I did that straight away. Till now no books. I called yesterday to follow up once again as the system shows Pending all the time. I was not allowed to be helped as I was not the legal guardian on the system. Your system does not allow for 2 legal guardians to be registered. Most children have a Mom and Dad which is their legal guardians. As in this case, both my husband and I are legal guardians but because you do not allow me to register myself as a legal guardian too, as my husband is the account holder I listed him as the legal guardian,I am not even permitted to know where his books are after paying a deposit and the first month. If you need proof from the court or mandate or any further information have the decency to let us know. As my husband is not always available during your office hours I will not find out about his books. This is pathetic that a mom can not enquire by even doing a security check.
