I have lost faith in Impaq

I have been a parent with Impaq for 4 years now. In 4 years I have only seen the good side of Impaq. The tutors and facilitators are the best. But today... after speaking with Jayden in their call centre, I have lost all hope. They refuse to listen and blame shift constantly. I have a good inkling that they hire the call center people straight from government. The undue lack of tact and responsibility is shocking. The Jayden lady is a broken cassette, playing the same weak excuse on repeat. I am starting to regret my decision to join Impaq and not their competitor as I was advised to in 2019.
