I have been homeschooling my son from 2020, Gr 5 when COVID hit us and my experience have only been great, especially because it offers CAPS in Afrikaans. I have moved to not just being a mom, but also a tutor. The one consultant I personally deal with is Annelize de Beer and she is professional, knowledgeable, less then 12h turnaround time to respond. I will never look back, will never go back to DBE teaching (I was a gr 12 Afr EAT teacher pre COVID) and my son refuses to return to school.
