Horrific service ( non existent)

I am so disappointed with Impaq 's service. Have registered and paid for three children already last year (2020) . We have not received any books yet. After numerous calls and emails to impaq they have not yet sorted out our debit or eft as this has been their excuse. Obviously they can not handle their own administrative problems. They quick to take your money but be warned don't expect any service after that. We are now paying for a tutor to assist the children's schooling with no books to work from! Our reference number 930800. HELP!!!!
