HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE AGENT REABETSWE

I registered my son with Impaq, late last week the tutor centre informed me that my son's subjects were recently changed to Afrikaans instead of English , I should call Impaq to change back to English. Today I recieved a call from their consultant by the name of Reabetswe, and she informed me that I might have mistakenly pressed Afrikaans instead of English and the way forwad was to fill in cancellation form which was going to have a cancelation fee. I couldn,t argue much cause i wouldn't remember , registration was done in Feb. I logged in my Impaq profile to check my son registered language and it is English not Afrikaans but the subject are in Afrikaans on the other OLP WEBSITE. I sent her the screenshot of my sons language on my Impaq website thats is in English and she kept telling me that on the other OLP site that I dont even use is Afrikaaans and I should continue with a cancelation that is going to be penalised whereas I didn't opt for Afrikaans and I have proof from the MyImpaq profile. IMPAQ FIX THIS, I have many things to worry about, not you.
