The 5 star rating is only because of one person, Lethabo Mampe, Excellent customer service, efficient and knowledgeable, he went over and beyond to assist with my query where other had promise to come to you but never did, or like Nishen that come across as condescending and never lets you finish a sentence. Lethabo was very professional, very compassionate and that is all the qualities required for that job, Its you Lethabo that I m still keeping and encouraging my daughter to be impaq.
