Good day<br> <br> I just want to say thank you to Impak. I have phoned during different times of the day. They are always friendly and very competent. They are really always able to answer any and all my questions without referring me from one person to the next. It is never long conversations where they need to find out and come back to me. I ordered and paid my book for next year on 27 November and received in on 2 December in the morning.<br> <br> Thank you Impak and keep up the good work!!!
