Feedback on queries / Telephone answering poor

Just want to compliment you on your outstanding service of no service!!! Since your office number changed no calls are answered as fast and efficient as previously on the old number. I've been trying to phone your offices since yesterday morning a few times as well as this morning with no luck. You must hear the same message over and over about the call volumes. Think this is unacceptable and ridiculous. E mail queries are also not answered as quickly and efficiently as in the past. This morning I had to resend my e mail again with my query because I also did not get any answers on my query yesterday. Think this is a big problem that needs to be addressed. I am also not the only one complaining about your service now. All the Impak parents I speak to in my town complaints about the same issue!!! No answering of phones!!!!!
