Failed raport without a subject marked

Zero review rating Impaq said my child failed her year after admitting not all her papers were marked. Impaq keep on saying she missed her deadliness but their systems shows a 10 day delay. According to a manager that confirmed that the outstanding paper will be marked on the 4 Jan 2023, after numerous emails NO response. I phoned and they still say late submission. Nobody can answer why a failed raport card were given, and Nobody can explain their system delay.
