Fail Forward with Impaq and Whispering Willow

I hold both the school Whispering Willow and Impaq Institute responsible for my son failing his matric! The school in Isando, Judy Steyn, failed to submit critical exam papers timeously, also no classes were given throughout the year, also no reporting on marks and results, making me believe that all is on track. Yet it was only days before the finals that Impaq warned me about the absolute mess the centre's manager/teacher made with all the results. It was found that many projects were outstanding and my son had no marks to go through towards the finals, our attempt to get some of the projects through to the institution was in vain. Judy Steyn refused to take any responsibility and merely put it down to my son not completing his projects, yet many were done but not submitted by her. Upon my arriving at her centre, I found plenty of the pupils exams stacked all in chaotic order on the desk in the middel of the classroom, no filing was being done and none of the exams completed was successfully scanned to the institution. Others weren't completed, but there was no recon of any of the projects nor follow up nor reporting done by her. The worst is how this will impact the life of my son and his future as I am a single parent, and waisted so much money this year, thinking that all was on track. This is not a school to consider. Please be WARNED!
