Exams not caps aligned

My daughter did a re-write of her matric maths. In August she noticed that there is IEB questions in the SACAI papers. Today in the exams she noticed again questions from IEB papers (proof of that) She could not answer some questions and Impaq is suppose to be a caps aligned curriculum. This is not fair against students!!
