Empty promises....

So after all the drama of the last two days and promises that made to say my sons school books will be with me this morning, nothing, not a phone call . been on the phone again the whole day where all aramex tells me they can only send a message for the delivery department to contact me which is also not happening.

My last call to Aramex was at 3 today where the lady advised me that I must think about just collecting the stuff. After I paid for delivery and not going to get the money back , I DON’T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
