Dispicable Service!!!!!
Logged a call last week the 17th of August ref *** have been promised by Jacqueline Morgan to revert back to this ref.number, this is the second time Impaq has misplaced assignments or lost that my son has handed in. Left numerous messages till date no feedback. I will make sure that every single parent on Facebook that asks about Impaq will be sure to steer them away. Unprofessional and just ridiculous to be treated like that after enjoying 5 years of my hard earned money.

We do note, however, that on the day of submission, the submission report does not indicate that the EGD task was submitted. The communication with our team in this regard refers. Please note that it is also pertinent to upload the correct task covers for specific tasks. Please refer to the communication that was sent in this regard. 30 Aug 2021, 14:22Waar moet ek Kopiee's kry van Taak 8 & 9. Dit is oorspronklike tekeninge?
Het julle kameras op julle perseel, ek vind dit baie onprofesioneel dat tekeninge weg raak, en ons moet die tyd en kostes dra om die sketse oor te doen en te courier.
Hy is tans besig met sy rekord eksamen en nou word ekstra druk op hom geplaas?
Dit het jou presies 9 dae gevat om terugvoering te gee. Ek as sy ouer het dit onmiddelik op getel op die 17de Aug dat daar fout is!!
Die terug voering is totaal onaanvaarbaar. Ek het Impaq persoonlik elke liewe dag ges***el, julle kon my nie n epos of telefoon oproep maak nie.
