DISGUSTING TURN AROUND TIMES

Spoke to a consultant and did both kids registration. Paid the price the consultant confirmed, than got a email saying there is an outstanding amount called them the consultant confirmed they having issues with quotes so its on their side and i made the correct amount. Received another email called in consultant than said a supervisor will call me back..Im still waiting. This is disgusting my child is registered with Impaq for the past 3 years
