Disgusting service and no interest in matric failures

I am so dissapointed with the matric results and impaq and sacai. Our kids have been done in and none of them care. My son has been rejected by varsity for bcom in law due to the terrible results that they have issued for the matric results. I have sent emails to impaq to complain and ask what they are going to do about it as there are serious issues with sacai and our results. Sacai states that all final exams counts 75 percent and impaq has a: different structure for the weight of the sba and pats and orals and final exams. Now our kids did well during tje year but come to year end they fail. Like how is that possible. No one is willing to help in this situation. At first impaq said they will assist and then they know nothing tje next minute. So much money for nothing. Kids are devastated but they don’t care.

Sacai and impaq should be held responsible and should remark our papers and check that the weight of each sba and pats and finals are done properly

We pay private fees so that our kids can have an advantage above the normal government a hoops and this is what we get. I should have just let him stay in government school at least he would have had a bachelors
