Dearly Disappointed!

Quite honestly, I am quite upset with this company. At the beginning of December I paid the required deposits for my twins and the website advised they are placing the order. Now over a month later, no books/study aids have been received at their warehouse so nothing has been sent to me. I was advised that I will receive the stuff in the 1st week of Jan 2020. This is ridiculous!! Your customer service stinks & don't know how to speak to a client. I hope and pray this is not what the next year with Impaq will be like
