Courteous and Excellent Service

I want to give a shout out to Tyrell Swarts, I called the Call Centre on Monday as I needed assistance with a package upgrade. She went out of her way to assist me, constantly following up with Emails (and being super responsive), she even gave me a call or two to confirm details etc. I asked her to expedite the delivery of my child's books (she said she would, and she did!!!), and they were delivered yesterday. Payment was made late on Monday, so it was a day and a half and everything was sorted! I have not experienced that level of courteousness and customer service in a very long time!
