Constant struggle with exams papers
After several attempts to get my Online profile fixed and have the online schooling profile removed since we don not do online schooing, but home shcooling, Impaq still has not rep**** or fixed the problem. My son is Grade 11 and we have to phone daily for exam or test papers to be mailed to us since the online site does not work and you cant download the test papers!
This is unacceptable!

10 Mar 2022, 14:50I was never notified that my son should finish term one as an online student. Once I cancelled the online school I was told I can now continue as I have previously done - back to home schooling. Now, my son has not attended any online classes because I was told everything is back to normal. My OLP has not been fixed I could still not download the test papers it had to be sent to me.

11 Mar 2022, 08:51Once again, another day and yet no reply. I had to mail and ask again for the IT test paper which was supposed to be written yesterday. Yesterday I mailed an asked for all the test papers to be sent to me since my profile is not fixed and i cannot download anything. THIS IS THE REPLY I GOT THIS MORNING AFTER HAVING TO ASK FOR THE PAPER WHICH THEY DID NOT SEND YESTERDAY!image.png 15.2 KB
This is the screenshot of the problem on my profile I sent. As you can see I cannot download the papers. What do you expect me do to. I do not appreciate her reply insinuating that we are not doing our part and not sticking to exam rules. This is not our fault if we cannot download papers. I cannot phone every single day begging for papers

11 Mar 2022, 13:26I have not received the correct IT paper for my son. He was supposed to write IT Practical YESTERDAY, but due to my profile not being fixed, I could not download the paper. A paper was mailed to me today however they sent me the wrong paper - IT Theory instead of IT Practical.
