Company is a ****

App**** to do home schooling through impak, took them 3 weeks to eventually get registered. Unfortunately circumstances changed when the little girls father committed suicide so things were going to be tough. Emailed impaq and requested a refund as cash was tight and the little girl was moving due to the suicide. Impaq said they would do the refund. It’s been over a month now and after chasing non stop to get the refund, they have now stopped replying to all communication. This company is a **** and should not be allowed to trade. They are part of the future learn group which must really destroy future learns reputation. It is impossible to contact Impaq by phone as it just rings out. Do not in any way mean or form try do business with them, they are a disgrace to education and should be taken down.
